Metabolic flux ratios

General concept

When the ratio of flux between two reactions is known (e.g., from C13 labeling experiments), it can be added as a constraint to a model. This is done by adding pseudo-metabolites to the stoichiometric matrix for the two reactions, with stoichiometric coefficients consistent with the ratio between the fluxes.
