Representative minimal flux modes (rMFM)

General concept

Minimal flux modes are combined to unambiguously represent the flux to synthesize all necessary metabolites, and then used to predict flux changes from enzyme fold-change measurements. A linear combination of rMFM is found that correlates most significantly with the enzyme fold-changes. This approach may be useful to describe changes in metabolic objectives.
