Genetically-constrained metabolic flux analysis

General concept

A metabolic network is constrained using the genetic network and expression patterns. The genetic network consists of the known signaling and regulatory networks, and their effects alter the metabolic network by turning off reactions. The genetic network is manually reconstructed and supplemented with gene expression patterns.
