Integrated dynamic FBA (idFBA)
General concept
idFBA dynamically simulates cellular phenotypes using an integrated network of signaling, metabolism (FBA) and transcription regulation (rFBA). For fast reactions, this approach assumes quasi-steady-state conditions, while slower reactions are used in a time-delayed manner.
