Integrative omics-metabolic analysis (IOMA)

General concept

This approach integrates proteomic and metabolomic data to predict flux distributions. Quadratic programming is used to find a steady-state flux distribution that is consistent with estimated flux based on Michaelis menton estimations using proteomic and metabolomic data.
