Objective tilting for OptKnock/OptGene

General concept

As OptKnock strain designs are returned, some of these designs have alternate optimal solutions with different product yields. The lower yield may be biased by "tilting" the objective function, which optimizes the growth while slightly minimizing product yield. Tilting the objective function was implemented in OptGene by adding the product transport to the objective weighting vector. In OptKnock, tilting was implemented in the same way as done for OptGene, as well as adding a constraint of a minimum production rate of the product.
