Optimal capacity constraint identification (OCCI)

General concept

This method reconciles fitness measurements with model predictions to suggest capacity constraints on internal reactions. This is done using a bi-level optimization, in which the difference between experimental fitness data and model predicted growth rate is reconciled to identify capacity constraints (nonlinear optimization), subject to an optimization of biomass.
