Sample, SVD, and rotate

General concept

Key regulatory sites can be identified by looking at how the model predicted flux varies. Monte Carlo sampling is used to characterize the ranges of possible flux states. The reactions showing the greatest variability are identified using svd, followed by rotating the dominant eigen vectors.
