General concept

This approach adds a constraint to assure that the direction of flux is consistent with the change of Gibb's free energy. This is done by using metabolite concentrations with an MILP problem with a quadratic scoring function to find a flux distribution that minimizes the deviations of metabolite concentrations from their measured values.
